• Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled; you authorize recurring charges.
• Taxes/fees may apply. Prices/features may change; material changes will be communicated where required.

• Travel products are provided by third-party suppliers (e.g., hotels, airlines, car rentals). Supplier terms and policies apply in addition to ours.
• We are not responsible for supplier acts/omissions, delays, schedule changes, fees, or service quality.
• You are responsible for entry documents (passports/visas), insurance, and local law compliance.

• Eligibility for refunds varies by membership and supplier policy; some bookings are non-refundable.
• Modifications may incur supplier and/or Travorium fees; we disclose fees where required.
• No-shows or failure to meet requirements may forfeit refunds.

• No unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful content or activity.
• Do not interfere with the Services or access them via unauthorized means.
• No scraping, data mining, or reverse engineering except as permitted by law.

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display it to operate and improve the Services. Don’t submit content you lack rights to.

The Services, including content, features, and functionality, are owned by Travorium or its licensors and protected by IP laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Links to third-party sites/services are provided for convenience. We don’t control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for it. Your use is at your own risk and subject to third-party terms.

• No Warranty: Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
• Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travorium is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits/revenues.
• Cap: Our total liability will not exceed amounts you paid to Travorium for Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Travorium and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for actual or suspected violations, fraud, or harmful conduct. You may cancel at any time per your plan terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California (without regard to conflicts-of-law principles). Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates are effective when posted on the site with the “Effective date” above. Material changes will be highlighted for a reasonable period.
